At present, the efficiency of high-speed printing die-cutting machine is obvious to all, and it has become the mainstream of carton post-press processing. At present, the speed of the high-speed printing die-cutting machine can produce more than 15000 sheets/hour, which is unmatched by other equipment.
However, because the die-cutting tools of the high-speed rotary die-cutting machine are made of curved wood and hobs, the strength requirements for the die-cutting tools are very high, the mold making is difficult and the cost is high. Therefore, from the point of view of procurement costs, it is only suitable for the production and processing of large-volume orders, not for small-volume orders that cannot be processed repeatedly.
The circular die cutting method of high-speed printing die cutting machine is generally divided into hard cutting method and soft cutting method.
Secondly, the main difference lies in the material of the press-cutting roller: 1. Hard steel roller; 2. Soft rubber pad.
Hard cutting refers to the hard contact between the die cutting machine and the surface of the pressure roller during die cutting, which makes the die cutting machine easy to wear and roll.
The soft cutting method is to cover and wrap a layer of engineering plastic (rubber pad) on the surface of the pressure cutting roller. When die-cutting, the cutter can have a certain amount of cutting, which can not only ensure the expansion of the cutter, but also ensure the complete cutting.
However, the coating needs to be replaced after the surface is worn, otherwise the die-cutting size will be inaccurate due to inconsistent line speed.
