Key Performance Features
★Main corrugating roll: Ø405 mm (exact dimensions depend on the corrugation type), pressure roll: Ø500 mm, preheating roll: Ø500 mm.
★ Featuring a negative-pressure design, it minimizes heat loss and ensures uniform compression of the core paper, allowing it to conform tightly to the surface of the corrugating roll for superior corrugation formation. ★ Adhesive dosage is controlled via electric adjustment, and the adhesive separation device is electrically operated.

★The built-in preset unit is equipped with a spray system that allows adjustment of the core paper’s temperature and humidity.
