    Machine Features

    ◆ Full automatic glue machine is mainly used for water-based printed corrugated box,straight line type, up folding model.

    ◆ It is consist of feeder unit ,glue&folding unit and counting&stacker unit, It adopts PLC and touch screen control, easyoperating, simple maintain , suitable for small, middle scale carton production.

    ◆ Feeder unit adopt high pressure fan motor and belt for feeding,ensure feeding accuracy. Secondary creasing deviceinstalled,it is good for carton forming.

    ◆ Glue &folding unit, stainless steel glue wheel available, automatic glue cycled. Transmission belt is from ltaly, and itsspeed can be setting individually.

    ◆ Counting&stacker unit is controlled by PLC, collecting carton size and quantity can be setting in touch screen.Flap board can square the carton ,reduce the fish tail difference.
