Machine Features
◆ Full automatic glue&stitcher machine is mainly used for water-based printed corrugated box,straight line type.
◆ It is consist of feeder unit ,glue&folding unit and counting&stacker unit. It adopts PLC and touch screen control,easyoperating, simple maintain, suitable for small,middle scale carton production.
◆ Feeder unit adopt high pressure fan motor and belt for feeding,ensure feeding accuracy.
◆ Secondary creasing deviceinstalled,it is good for carton forming,
◆ Glue &folding unit,stainless steel glue wheel available ,automatic glue cycled. Transmission belt is from ltaly ,and itsspeed can be setting individually.
◆ Stitcher unit adopt imported stitching head, servo motor driven.
◆ Counting&stacker unit is controlled by PLC, collecting carton size and quantity can be setting in touch screen.
◆ Flap board can square the carton ,reduce the fish tail difference.
◆ Carton pile will be push by pneumatic,and transferred by belt.
